Our MEDIUM pizza was short on toppings. There was probably just enough for a SMALL pizza. This is the second time this has happened, We will find another pizzaria to order from in the future This was certainly not worth $25.

Taste was good. Sauce was too heavy for my liking. & all the toppings were in the middle... so I had mostly crust! The guy who works there during the daytime, is absolutely amazing. He always seems to do it with a smile I can't say enough about how good he makes every customer feel! It appears he does every job by himself! I wish I got his name!

Normally a decent interaction. But when i walk in the door and the first thing an employee does is yell “UGHHH, WHAT THE xxxx” its very off putting. After i mentioned i was only here to pickup an order she said they lock the door at 10, i arrived at 10:17. I said i understand but i needed to pay and pickup my food at the very least. I paid, then waited outside. While paying i watched the employee who yelled as soon as i walked up handle my food with no gloves at all, full on scooping food into a box by bare hand. As i said i normally have a good interaction here, and while I’m sure locking the door is a store policy theres no reason to yell at a customer who didn’t know this beforehand.
UPDATE to my initial review, upon discussion with the general manager of this location i was informed this person is no longer with the company. I saw that the manager genuinely cares and takes pride in running a great store. As i stated, normally this store does great, and have been ordering food for my team here for a long time, and i will continue to do so.

Ever since this store opened it has done nothing but get my orders wrong . The one on Eastside never messed up. My last order was supposed to be a large Margherita pizza and I added old world pepperoni..what i got was a pepperoni magnifico . I called and told the lady and she just says let me see what my Gm says. How about make the right pie and come get the mistake. I tipped 10$ on a 30$ order that took a Lil over an hour
