There was people going through the drive-through and then when he got to me, I went to give them my code cause they asked me my code and then some guy came on as well. We’re not taking no orders right now so I lost my points because the stupid idiots didn’t wanna take my order

I had 2 different orders at the drive thru. First one we used the $2 frappe deal from the app and then the second order we used our points to get a free frappe so that’s 2 frappes. We get to pay and they charge us $5 for the first one and I explain that we used a coupon for that one and the app confirmed it but they said we didn’t and didn’t want to fix it at all. They just said I was wrong but the app is showing the proof. The first window cuts me off so I’m like okay whatever let me just pay and move on. We get to the second window and we hear the firl who took our order saying “I don’t care what they saying”. She gave us the drinks without saying a word so they both gave us crazy attitude while we were still being nice. I’m a 19 year old girl who has worked fast food too so I get if you’re frustrated but they’re just mean and weird. Their shift just started like an hour ago, literally no reason to have that much attitude with a mistake they made.

Sucky people and never get any orders right. from missing nuggets to. Missing ketchup to missing snacks and even missing drinks. at this point how can you guys be this bad it’s literally printed out what people want just pay attention

Went in to eat and use the bathroom, after driving from another town. They have number locks on the bathrooms, which would be fine except I waited in line for 5 minutes and no one came even close by, there were other people waiting.

I had to go somewhere else, because I needed to use the bathroom too bad.

Locking the bathrooms encourages people to eat their litteral finger food without washing their hands.

I placed a mobile order for counter pickup at 7 o'clock on a Sunday, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. I called the store to ask if they were closed, and he said, "No." I asked why the doors were locked, and they told me to go through the drive-thru. I explained that it was 7 o'clock and I didn't want to use the drive-thru, which is why I placed a mobile pickup, counter order. The manager, (Derwin), left me on the phone, ignoring me, and continued taking orders and refusing to give me a reason why the doors were locked. When I asked for my receipt at the windows, he then refused to give me one. This location always seems to have poor service.

I'm sorry but It’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful for an organization to keep a person ( myself) waiting without communication, especially for a scheduled interview. It reflects poorly on their management and company culture. This is the kind of workplace I'd feel comfortable in, as first impressions can be telling?!? Thomas, on front container, at 9am told me to take a seat. I waited almost if not an hour and that’s not counting the time I got there a few minutes early.

Only a mile walk from rusty auto repair shop , staff very friendly food was hot as was the coffee the staff allowed us to warm up before we had to go back to the shop to pick up our truck.
