They never make my iced coffee with love :( it's always got three sad pieces of ice and all the mix is sitting on the bottom . Even when I ask for extra ice Everytime . They can rarely make a frappe because something they need is always missing or broke .

Sloooooowwwwwwwwww. The staff was inattentive, slow, and nearly rude. The bathrooms require a code to get in and I left 2 hours ago without my coffee. It took them so long I finally gave up.

There was people going through the drive-through and then when he got to me, I went to give them my code cause they asked me my code and then some guy came on as well. We’re not taking no orders right now so I lost my points because the stupid idiots didn’t wanna take my order

I had 2 different orders at the drive thru. First one we used the $2 frappe deal from the app and then the second order we used our points to get a free frappe so that’s 2 frappes. We get to pay and they charge us $5 for the first one and I explain that we used a coupon for that one and the app confirmed it but they said we didn’t and didn’t want to fix it at all. They just said I was wrong but the app is showing the proof. The first window cuts me off so I’m like okay whatever let me just pay and move on. We get to the second window and we hear the firl who took our order saying “I don’t care what they saying”. She gave us the drinks without saying a word so they both gave us crazy attitude while we were still being nice. I’m a 19 year old girl who has worked fast food too so I get if you’re frustrated but they’re just mean and weird. Their shift just started like an hour ago, literally no reason to have that much attitude with a mistake they made.
