Just 15 minutes before 12 noon I pull up to the drive through. Having enjoy a good day a very dull, unpleasant voice comes through the speakers. Not letting such negativity empact me I politely made my order only to be told that "reminder the soda machine was down." So naturally I asked what other beverages are available. After the female drive through personnel answered in the same uninterested, dull and blah tone and manner as if she didn't want to be bothered. I than quickly asked to confirm that there would be no upcharge on my beverage since the soda machine was down. Mind you, there was no sign or any indication at all that their soda machine was inoperative before placing an order. She in fact corrected me and said that there will be an upcharge faulting customers. I then decided to take my business elsewhere. This will definitely be my LAST visit at this location. I encourage you to have your own experience and opinions ALWAYS. This was my personal opinion in regards to my own personal experience. I will continue to share my unpleasant experience until much needed improvements and changes have been addressed.

RECOMMEND to AVOID THIS LOCATION like the PLAGUE, at least until some much needed changes are in place from staff to cleanliness, organization, basic customer service/care and management.

This rating was made after my most recent visit on Thursday March 20th, 2025 jus 15 minutes before 12 noon. After pulling up to the drive through enjoying a good day a very dull, unpleasant voice comes through the speakers. HOW DO YOU MAKE A BURGER AND FORGET THE BOTTOM BUN?!?! This store will do it with ease!!!!French fries never cold enough for you?? This store can get it perfect everytime!!!! Filthy store inside that's why I ignorantly use drive thru.... I need to just start driving the extra few miles and go to the store on LEE BLVD!!! (Lee is a great store cache is decent) This store on Sheridan is HORRIBLE. Needs shut down immediately!

They allow the worker to be rude to customers. Tell the customers how to order and what they can order. Then, if it is not the way you want, the worker will call you names in the back and make fun of you. As they brought our order out, they handed someone else's order to me and told me to hold on to it. I had to take the tray to the other table. When you have to start doing doing their job and be insulted and called names. Then you tell them you did not appreciate it, and the worker is allowed to get upset with you. I will not be coming here anymore. It is bad enough the food prices are going up. But when you treat long-time customers this way. Shame on you.

The staff was a little "different" at this location. The worker that took our order that was semi-rude to one of the kids I was chaperoning on our field trip. She definitely needs a little help with her people skills.
Other than that, the food was good and our orders were completed pretty fast.
