Food was very fresh and most importantly my order was made exactly perfect how we ordered it. I will definitely come back to this location when I'm in the mood for McDonald's!

I ordered a Hot N' Spicy McChicken and it had no mayonnaise and no lettuce and they asked if I wanted cheese on my cheeseburger? I don't understand and when I have previously ordered online they said that they didn't receive my online order and I paid for food I never got to receive I am unsure what is wrong with this specific McDonald's but it is the worst service I've ever received and I am usually too shy to leave a review but this is a bit ridiculous Everytime I go to this McDonald's I am utterly disappointed:( I will most likely still go to this McDonald's because it's close but I would appreciate if they genuinely tried, and I understand they don't get paid a lot for the job they work and I'm truly sorry they don't get paid more, however as a customer id appreciate at least a slight effort either way thank you for your work employees of McDonald's (I don't like being mean but it's hard when my food never comes out correctly in the slightest but)

Twice in a row there have been issues with my drive thru orders. First was they messed up the car order and I was made to wait in the drive thru parking spot >10 mins. When I received my food, the fries and nuggets were lukewarm and soft. Ok, maybe it was a fluke.
2nd visit, their system didn't register my McDonald's app discount QR code, so I had to pay full price. The whole reason why I still go there is because they have the app discount. Their food isn't worth the full price. With issues happening every time I visit, it's time to switch my weekly spot. McDonald's has really gone downhill.
