Fries were cold!! Nuggets re-fried (tiny and hard/ way overcooked, just disgusting)! Never get any ketchup and or salt, although their window showed 4 each (salt & ketchup). Couple times ago they forgot Burger. When I went inside to get my burger they made me wait forever so food was cold again and on top of that, they were rude about it. 🙁🙁🙁rude to customers. no gravy on bisquits, made to order extra gravy to have any or enough. told to go thru line again to get the last part of the order because you got it wrong. this has become the norm at this store. the store on sheridan is not quite to this low level ,.....yet. I am done. what a burger and wendys has pretty good bisquits and gravy. as well as the hamburgers and chicken sandwich. quality and service is sinking to a low.
