Every time we come to this McDonald's they can never get our order right... we had to go to the third window just to wait for two of our meals that they messed up on and didn't even give us then we set at the third window for almost 10 minutes they came to ask us if we got our meal yet which we didn't then we finally get our meal and it was still wrong then they made us pay extra money for something we already paid for

The drink area was pretty dirty. The food came out pretty warm and tasted good. They were cleaning the parking lot while I was there. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

Made the unfortunate decision to dine in at this McDonald’s. Immediately upon walking in, the restaurant reeked of what seemed like feces. Majority of the tables were dirty and the roof was leaking. I understand most fast food places cater to drive thru only but if they can’t keep the inside clean, how can we trust you to maintain basic hygiene while preparing food?

Order was not correct! Ordered their new specialty burger. Supposed to have bacon but didn't. Also asked for condiments at the time of the order, but had to go back and ask again. Staff (that we could see) was too busy joking around. We were the only customers in the building. Customer service is clearly not a priority!

UPDATE!!!! We went back to this Mcdonald's and the manager Linda came to the 3rd window with my food and told me to check everything, and I did (everything was cooked to order and fresh). Then she proceeds to tell me that I WILL check my food every time before I leave and if I bring anything back, that I WILL NOT receive service, nor be giving a refund, even if it's their fault. She proceeded to tell me that I can go to another McDonald's and not come back to her store.
When I got home, we called McDonald's and proceeded to record the conversation, and she hung up the phone in our face upon learning that she was going to be recorded and refused to answer any call backs. Since then, we have sold all of our stocks in McDonald's for our entire family. This is by far the rudest management team in the City of Lawton, Oklahoma. We don't want anything free from this place, all we want is what is promised by the corporation and this franchise, which is Friendly service and quality, fresh food daily. UPDATE COMPLETE!!!!
The customer service here is by far the worst in Oklahoma, From management to the lowest staff. They are rude, have no manners, using profanity throughout the store. The store is never clean at night times. The food is of poor quality most nights. Drive thru time is ridiculous. Bags are over stuff, food just dumped in the bag, fries spilling everywhere. Drink all on the sides of the cups. They serve dried out food, food that's been sitting past the allotted time. Staff clothes are dirty, they don't wear their uniforms properly. Ice cream machine never works, out of sweet tea, passing food back in the through the drive thru window and handing it to another car. I can't wait until someone from corporate gets a whiff of this. Absolutely the worst.
If you like being treated like crap and like you are a bother for ordering food at a fast food restaurant this is the place for you. They throw any extras you ask for at you. And if you are one of the lucky ones you’ll get a free hair with your food.

This location is barely okay on any given day but tonight they gave us fries (which are not cheap by any means) that looked like they had been sitting there since the morning. The fries were so hard and cold my kids could barely bite into them, I decided to go back and politely ask for fresh ones because this was just not okay. The young people there acted like I was speaking a different language, they were like “uh we don’t make the fries, that’s the second window” I really don’t care who makes them, I just wanted fresh ones. I went to the next window and they said they’d make new ones, well when they brought it out it was as if they just gave me the same bag with the same fries, I’m not stupid, I know what fresh fries look and feel like, these were just as cold as the ones I returned, that’s extremely disappointing, eating takeout is almost a luxury for some people now and with this quality of food and behavior from the workers, at least THIS McDonald’s is not worth it, the one on Sheridan is pretty great.

Food is usually fresh but they make a lot of mistakes. Last time I went there I order with the app so they couldn't have misheard. We ordered pick-up. Server just walked away as I was trying to get my order corrected and I had to go in and do it myself. 🤷 They need to be more like Clinton McDonald's.
