I had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We started with the Bloomin’ Onion, which was absolutely delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the loaded baked potato was spot-on. The asparagus was also really good—everything was flavorful and satisfying. I’d definitely go back.

Food was about a 3/5, but the customer service made up for it. Asa was AMAZING super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience way better. Definitely appreciate the great service.
Originally I gave a 5 star and said nothing, but we went back today and our experience was so lovely I had to rave for a minute. The food was absolutely delicious, as always, but the staff were truly stellar. Joshua at the front was very friendly and kind and our waitress (unfortunately I can't recall her name, but she was young and petite with light hair, if that does anything to help) was fantastic. She was very attentive and sweet and did everything she could think of to make sure we had a good experience. When we left, she thanked us for being patient and gosh, there was nothing to be patient for! She seemed a bit busy, but still made us a priority and came back to check on us multiple times. I had the 3 course with steak and my mom had steak and lobster. We also got the aussie trio appetizer and everything was amazing. My mom kept saying that it was worth it just for the appetizer and just kept getting better.

They would not let me pick up my Door Dash orders even though the company assigned me both orders and the drop offs were right next to each other. You lost a dasher and a customer as I will never eat there again. Ridiculous. You cost someone to get colder food by not letting me get the orders to them.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. When greeted at the door, we told the young man we were there for our anniversary. He obviously wasn't listening because when he seated us, he asked what brought us there today. He has a script memorized and wasn't sincere. Our food was terrible. The salad was brown, the shrimp was not thoroughly cooked in the shrimp fettuccine and the noodles tasted like they were only buttered with no seasoning at all, the NY Strip was tasteless and was not cooked as I asked. Our sweet, young waitress was excellent and on top of her game! We did tip her well. Don't waste your time or money eating here!
It was a busy night,yet we still didn't wait long for our table. Our waitress was was ran ragged by a table next to us, she still found time to help us. She was friendly and professional.
I came with another guest to enjoy the free veterans meal. The three course meal. I got the steak a loaded backed potato and onion petals. It also came with a beautiful piece of cheesecake. I opted for the raspberry. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was just this side of spicy. Nicely seasoned. The potato seemed to be very salty until I realized they had salted the skin. It was good. The onion petals were very good also. We were treated courteously and food was much faster than expected. I was pleased with the friendliness and courtesy of our server. I am so glad we stopped by.
My partner decided to take me out to eat for an early birthday dinner and we decided this location. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. There lemonade drink was good. I had the 8oz steak, ribs and seasoned rice. Everything was extremely delicious. Previous night I had Billy Sims ribs. Well, Outback has better ribs. No comparisons about it.

We came by for my husbands birthday and Makayla was amazing!! The host was great and the whole staff gave him a birthday card and signed it for him. They sang happy birthday and gave him ice cream. It was such a great experience and everyone was so welcoming and the food was great too 💓
