Food was not that good the steak was very rough the chicken was not cooked the patatoe was so dry and burnt. Then the bathroom had poop all over the wall and toilet it smelled like straight poop and the other stalls had no toilet paper abd was horrible dirty. I lost my appetite after that.

Been years since I've been there. 6 of us girls went there for a birthday dinner. Everyone had something wrong with their food, or it was burnt. The waitress hardly came around. Even got our checks wrong. Probably won't go back. To expensive for what we got also.

Don’t get me wrong, the food was great. However, the attitude of the hostess threw me off. It’s been nearly a month since we dined in and I still can’t stop thinking about this experience whenever Outback Steakhouse is mentioned. My husband, baby, and I came in to enjoy a meal.
And for some reason, the host ignored to seat us. She seated the elderly couple that came after us and basically acted like we never existed. I don’t know why she did this. Is it because we were Asians? That we look different? Even the lady in the front who ended up seating us was surprised that the young lady ignored us.

Food was just ok and definitely didn't look like the picture. Loaded baked potato was anything but loaded, alice springs chicken was only a nugget. Value for the money is beautiful way off. The highlight of our dinner was our server. Madison was wonderful! She took great care of us. I'm sad to say this, because I've always loved Outback, but I'm not sure if I would go back. Texas Roadhouse definitely gives you more bang for your buck.

The restaurant was relatively empty when we arrived. We were seated quickly and got our drinks and orders placed quickly. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food and it was cold when we finally got it. We ordered a to go meal about 20 minutes after ordering our meals and it came out BEFORE our actual meals. The food actually was very tasty but you can tell by just looking at it that it had been sitting for a while and from its temp that was confirmed. No drink refills either. 4 tables around us came, ate and 2 left by the time we got our food. We were a small party. My sister could not even cut into her steak. We are not local and was there to Christmas shop and decided on this place because we do not have one back home. We will not be returning and will not recommend.

I am blown away. I think we may often forgot that those working at a restaurant are human and make mistakes, as we all do. We as consumers may forget this because of frustration (or being hangry) when a mistake with our order happens. This evening I placed 2 orders with Outback to go. Because of the size of the order it was just not feasible to check everything before leaving. We realized when getting home that a few things were missing, enough to warrant calling to get it resolved. The crew and management went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in food service to make it right. Customer service to this level speaks volumes beyond measure in this day and age. Bravo Outback team for making it right!
Our server, Jordan, is the best! He’s friendly and professional. Drinks are always great.
