I am blown away. I think we may often forgot that those working at a restaurant are human and make mistakes, as we all do. We as consumers may forget this because of frustration (or being hangry) when a mistake with our order happens. This evening I placed 2 orders with Outback to go. Because of the size of the order it was just not feasible to check everything before leaving. We realized when getting home that a few things were missing, enough to warrant calling to get it resolved....

Outback is a chain so you should have a similar experience. My steak was cooked perfectly, service was amazing and the restaurant was clean. It checked all the boxes for a good lunch out.

I'm sad to say this, because I've always loved Outback, but I'm not sure if I would go back. Texas Roadhouse definitely gives you more bang for your buck.
