Usually perfect, but we went yesterday to eat in and were asked dine in or carry out, we said take out just in case we didnt eat it all, so we had it made for to go thankfully. We went to go sit down to eat and there was not 1 single table available. Staff should not be asking if we want to eat inside, if we cant. We ended up having to eat in our car.

Love me some Panda! The only reason I gave it four stars on food is because the fried rice really needs more flavor. Add some sesame oil or something for that pop.😉

Very disappointed. I love Panda Express but recently it hasn’t been what it used to be. I went today for me and my husband. I wanted super greens so bad and so did my husband. I order 2 plates both super greens. Was told a 10 minute wait which I do not mind. Was also told that I was charged for a small entree but they didn’t have it made so I had to choose something else? I asked for anything that had the steak. And she said I couldn’t get it because of the upcharge. Ummm. Got home and me and my husband received a half portion of super greens… super super upset because I waited 15 minutes not 10, didn’t get the side I wanted and the lady was rushing me. Super greens were the main thing u wanted and waited for and barely got any…

panda express on 82nd street is where i found my desire for orange chicken. i am so deeply upset its not on the menu. all i wanted after i got broken up with was some orange chicken with white rice. BUT NOPE! you can’t have everything you want in life! therefore i am leaving a one star review until i see orange chicken back on the menu. hopefully you’ve learnt your lesson and realized that half of lawtons population LOVE your orange chicken. EDIT : i’ve been informed that they DO have orange chicken at the place, just not doordash. pls fix it EDIT: ITS BACK THANK YOU THANK YOU FIVE STARS

Why has chow mein been taken off the menu on the app and doordash?

It was good but a very limited menu. There needs to be more selections to choose from.

I Love Panda Express. Have not had it in a minute because we don’t eat out but this place is a hit or miss with the have and have nots but this last time Hit. It was delicious 2 item plate orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with chow mein and an egg roll… the only thing I wish they would bring back—— that teriyaki chicken sauce. I hate those packets .. it’s not the same sauce. Also, the grilled shrimp. 🤗

Broccoli wasn’t cooked, pretty much raw hard as a rock and you remember the Wendy’s commercial Where the beef. Well mine was broccoli only and the chicken was great And the Rice was real light for being fried rice, very disappointing my advice cook the food

This place is a hot mess. This is my third time leaving a negative review- I’m done coming here. I made a mobile order tonight and waited AN HOUR for my food while everyone in line got served, it literally would have been quicker to just wait in line. What’s the point of having a mobile order service if fulfilling mobile orders isn’t even a priority- it’s just whenever they get to it. Then, this is the second time this has happened, but the meat to vegetable ratio is pathetic. Got broccoli beef, had 4 small slivers of beef with the rest of the container filled with raw, uncooked broccoli. I’m sick of coming here, waiting so long, and having an extremely disappointing meal when I’d probably have a better experience at one of the locally owned chinese restaurants around here.

This business is most often disappointing with its customer service and availability of food options. The employees are unapologetic for their lack of customer service and food prep no matter what time of day it is. Do better Panda Express.

hey I am writing this review because it has been concerning and constant issues with food quality every time i have eaten here. I think you guys use really bad oil or bad quality of ingredients. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and first thing i noticed was how extremely greasy it tasted the shrimp did not taste good and had bad smell. And few hours later I started getting nauseous really bad and I had to throw up. I am just genuinely concerned with food safety in this location
