I had dinner here last night, and it was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Lately it feels like service and food quality are suffering everywhere when it comes to fast food. I got lucky last night. The wait was minimal, the food was hot, fresh, plentiful, and everything tasted great. After a long day, it really hit the spot.

this place has probably the worst service out of all the places ive been to. if u dont want to work here find another job🤷♀️. the panda express in norman is phenomenal but this one is just horrible. service is beyond terrible. got to the drive thru waited probably 3 mins then got a mean “what do you want?” no need for an attitude. then when i go to the window no manners from the lady. all she said was my total and took my card. she practically was shoving me my food. she also didnt ask if i needed sauce. i wasn’t disrespectful or anything, kept saying thank you, and smiling. honestly if you hate your job that much to be disrespectful to customers maybe choose a different work place.

Food has significantly gone down hill. The chicken and beef are always overcooked and dry.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. We came specifically for the honey walnut shrimp, and instead of being upfront, the staff danced around it like they just didn’t want to do their jobs. First we were told it would be ‘a really long wait’ and pushed to pick something else. We said no. Then they started listing off other entrées again like we didn’t hear them the first time. After finally admitting it would be a 15-minute wait (which we agreed to), they suddenly changed their story to, ‘Actually, I don’t think we have enough.’ Why not just say that from the start?
This isn’t a one-time problem, this location repeatedly gives the same rude, unprofessional service. It feels like the staff is lazy, dishonest, and more concerned with rushing customers away than providing the food they advertise. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Panda Express corporate should seriously reconsider the staff in Lawton, because they’ve officially lost another customer for this location.

This place sucks lol. You can get twice the amount of food from literally any other Chinese food place for half the price and it’ll taste much better than Panda Express. Super disappointed in this chain restaurant

Ordered 2 small a la carte side items. I was overcharged. And given the wrong change. My order came up to 17.99 I gave her 4 five dollar bills. She gave me back 1 penny. Then when I told her o was overcharged for the items they meaning five of them argued me down and chose to give me more rice to compensate for the mistake. I was refunded $18 so they still got me for 1.99. Will never go back there. Food isn’t even good. Watch these people they will rob you!!
