Okay so here's the thing Everything was good about my experience EXCEPT the fact that I found a 12 inch hair in my sandwich. I usually wouldn't say anything but for the price and portion size I was so disappointed. Completely lost my appetite I know that's immature but I just can't get over finding so much hair in my food. It looked like it was actually 2 strands. Not sure if it was one strand that got cut in half or.. Just ahhh probably won't be going back 😕

I came here to get new scenery while studying, and to get out and have a date with myself. I had an e-gift card that wouldn't work on the app, but when I went up to the counter the manager in the blue shirt was so polite, and understanding especially since I probably looked like a weirdo for 20 min trying to figure the app out at the table. The customer service of Panera is absolutely delightful. The environment was nice and calm I was able to turn in many assignments while watching a movie on my phone I was checked on while eating and while working I was unbothered. I enjoyed myself so much I brought my family in the next day to dine in. I'll be back to study there in the future and I hope the woman who managed that day continues to be a part of the Panera experience until she finds better or gets promoted to better!

I always go through the drive thru. There's only one staff that ever says hi, thank you, you're welcome, or anything similar. I like the convenience of the app and rewards. Food is good. Service is lacking.
Rudest employees I've ever encountered. Management or the owners need to look at their staff and eliminate the staff who don't want to be there.

Every time I order chicken noodle soup doesn’t have chicken in it. Which is pretty annoying. Countless times the staff acts as if your an inconvenience when they make mistakes on your order. This location is subpar in comparison to locations across the U.S.
