Lawton, OK Panera Bread is super friendly and efficient. Great bagels and pastries. Lunches are quick, choices of drinks are plenty! Great place for a breakfast bagel with coffee 👍🏼😍

I purchased a loaf of bread, instructed the employee to cut one inch off both ends, slice the loaf, and put the ends in the bag. Lawton workers are either deaf or stupid as the employee cut the loaf in half, then sliced both halves which wasted two slices. Stupidly in Lawton never ceases to amaze me.

**Panera Bread - Lawton, OK - Unacceptable Customer Service**
My husband and I, regular Wednesday customers, were abruptly asked to leave for bringing in his expensive bicycle. This is despite the presence of disruptive homeless individuals during previous visits. We planned to sit outside, but the lack of shade due to missing umbrellas forced us inside.
The manager's refusal to accommodate us, especially given the umbrella issue, was appalling. A reasonable manager would have sought a solution instead of outright dismissal. His avoidance when we requested corporate contact information, relaying it through a visibly shocked employee who recognizes us weekly, was unprofessional.
This experience is disheartening and pushes us to patronize businesses outside Lawton. Panera's priorities seem misplaced, valuing aesthetics over accommodating paying customers.
