I placed an order , I work from home I had a lunch break . The driver claimed to have called my cell 18 times . I stood outside did not see the driver outside my place . I ordered at 7:45pm i called back & forth it began to be 9:32pm the manager said they will remake the order it’s been almost 1 hour and a half . And I still did not get my pizza . I called multiple times about the issue the manager did zero to fix the issue. He claimed a new driver would come . My porch light was on as well .. poor management . Poor staff. Poor store ethics as a team completely. I never got my pizza.

I ordered two pizzas online and arrived 5 minutes early before it was supposed to be picked up. The gentleman who answered the drive-thru knew me by name handed me my pizzas which were hot and made correctly. We'll come back and recommend anyone who ask

I like this place, sometimes there's a wait but never to long and the employees are always friendly and very helpful to me and if it is taking longer than it should they are very apologetic and truly are trying. At night, sometimes it hard to get them to a drive thru window, but that's because they only have 2 people and are working so it might be easier to call then get them to the window lol
