I tried Pho Delicious for the first time today:
First of let's start with the customer service and cleanliness. Customer service was good and it seemed everything was spotless from where I stood.
Secondly: Basic Milk Tea Boba - The tapioca was well cooked soft chewy delicious. The Milk tea was horrible it had no taste except of pure sugar and milk. That was disappointing.
