When I was there yesterday prevening, there was a very attentive co worker but, had to leave to pick up his son from Daycare. After he left the environment changed rapidly and ran much slower. Granted one worker had a splint on her right foot. Orders were coming out much slower and they were listening to in appropriate music while jamming to it.

I placed an order over an hour ago, called to see why it hasn’t arrived when the eta was 30 minutes. Lady on the phone says manager wasn’t there so orders couldn’t go out? Make that make sense? Never in my LIFE and this is coming from an ex employee of a pizza place hearing that orders couldn’t go out due to a manager not being in the store? Horrible horrible service.

Takeout through the drive in. Can’t say we review chains like this but oh my word- this it the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had and we’ve had in many locations across many years.

I’m a door dasher, I had two orders for pick up, went to the window rang the bell, no one came, called the phone number on the window and got greeted with a very rude attitude, then she asked why didn’t I just ring the bell, I said I did, got back response of no you didn’t I didn’t hear it, whatever, life goes on rite, well then I gave her the names of the orders, she slams the window shut, comes back about 5 minutes later and says it’s gonna be about 10 more minutes and slams the window shut again. 15 minutes go by. Rang the bell again, she comes back to the window and then proceeds to tell me “ you ring that I forgot you was here!” Then threw the orders out the window, I know she’s a manager of that place but her actions and her attitude, rudeness, unprofessional manners should be addressed. Thank you and have a good day.

When I entered the establishment I waited for over 10 min and no one was to be seen or around, so I walked over to see inside the kitchen area from the front counter and no one was even back there as well; when finally someone did show up another customer had walked in and the employee immediately came to the front and assisted her first with her order while I was clearly waiting there for service. When I finally got the order and got home the pizza was harder than a rock the toppings were overly cooked and overall the pizza tasted like it was sitting there under a heat lamp for hours or was in the oven way too long than it should have been, worst experience ever at this location on cache I will never recommend pizza hut to anyone in the vicinity or even on post; I will also never want to return to this location for pizza, there is definitely better choices by far from what I experienced here. I would highly recommend to have better customer service and also take pride in cooking the food.

Placed a delivery order around 4:15 PM that was supposed to arrive by 4:50 PM. I call at 4:50 PM because the order tracker said that my order had only been received, and I was told they were understaffed. Imediately after I got off of the phone, the status went to preparing. A few minutes after that I received a message saying my order was out for delivery when in fact it was not. I hate having to order from this location.

Absolute garbage. Get rid of the the drive thru lane if you are going to be understaffed. Pulled up and ordered two personal pepperoni pizza for my husband at home. Was quoted 10-15 mins, left the line. Got back in the line after 15 mins, got to the window and it wasn’t ready. Waited another 15 mins before it was. Didn’t check and got home and realized they gave us cheese not pepperoni. Drove back and said y’all gave me cheese not pepperoni. He asks for one of them back. Brought me back a pepperoni one that had been cut and looked dry. I said both of them were wrong then he asked for the other one back. (He should have let us keep this pizzas, husbands hands were on them so whoever got them instead enjoy his germs) He said oh well that is going to take 15 mins for us to make one. Offers a free liter or dessert. Okay, so 15 mins goes by I get back in line. Somebody in front of me this time is just sitting at the window. I finally get courage to ask them (after 10 mins) if they already placed their order and they said yeah. I asked if they left the line as I know my order is ready and so is the car behind me (now 4 cars total in line). He mumbled something back, I said whatever and rolled my window back up. So by the time I get to the window the first pizza given is cold. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Close the window down. Do parking spots for pickup.

Let me just start by saying if you create a pick up window, give somebody the sole duty of working that window. And if you did have one, it definitely was lacking severely tonight. They came to the window after 10 minutes of me waiting. Then when I gave them my order information they left and didn’t come back until 35 minutes later after I had honked my horn and ended up having to call the store phone just to ask them to come serve the window they left me at. And even then my food still wasn’t done and the service was just very lacking

I am a rewards member with Pizza Hut! I would have to say it's my all time favorite pizza place to eat at! I do wish Pizza Huts around the world would bring back the buffets and do maybe a glove with every new plate or something of that nature, those were my favorite lunch dates with my wife, a pizza buffet which is simple, filling, satisfying, and you could get your fix of sweet and savory all in one stop! It's not an option on the "what would you recommend?" section but I would fully recommend a chocolate chip cookie, if you like cookies and milk, please make sure you have milk if you are ordering for pick-up or delivery!
Parking: There's tons of parking on 3 sides of the building!
