Edit: you can improve by fixing the problems I've listed. It's not my job to police your store. Get involved instead of giving a blanket statement. You think an owner might know what's going on in their own store.

I’m giving it a 3 star across the board. We were given bottled drinks for dining in. I’m not sure if this is this stores policy, but we couldn’t get refills. We ordered personal pan pizzas and they were cooked in an aluminum pan, mostly stuck. It all tasted fine though. They brought the cheeses bread out with the meal, and as an appetizer I wanted it first. The server answered questions, but he was definitely not happy to be there, but not rude, maybe an off day? The bathrooms left something to be desired. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay up, the floors were sticky, and the sink had grass and hair. I understand these are first world problems, but if I am spending $60+ I want a great experience.

There was only three people working while I wait for my small pan pizza. I got there after my order was ready and waited an additional 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I walk out with the smallest pizza I’ve seen and with four wings? Like come on these are wings? Why do my wings look like they are just chicken strip with BBQ sauce just right on top not even coated. They should have more people working on a Saturday night for one and serve what they would want to eat. Definitely will not be going back.

Worst service ever no wonder it's always empty. The pregnant girl has a really bad attitude waiting for an order that was suppose to be ready at 7:29 got an alert at 7:25 it was ready and when I walked in it wasn't even started on. I'm a Door dash delivery driver.

When I was there yesterday prevening, there was a very attentive co worker but, had to leave to pick up his son from Daycare. After he left the environment changed rapidly and ran much slower. Granted one worker had a splint on her right foot. Orders were coming out much slower and they were listening to in appropriate music while jamming to it.

I placed an order over an hour ago, called to see why it hasn’t arrived when the eta was 30 minutes. Lady on the phone says manager wasn’t there so orders couldn’t go out? Make that make sense? Never in my LIFE and this is coming from an ex employee of a pizza place hearing that orders couldn’t go out due to a manager not being in the store? Horrible horrible service.

I’m a door dasher, I had two orders for pick up, went to the window rang the bell, no one came, called the phone number on the window and got greeted with a very rude attitude, then she asked why didn’t I just ring the bell, I said I did, got back response of no you didn’t I didn’t hear it, whatever, life goes on rite, well then I gave her the names of the orders, she slams the window shut, comes back about 5 minutes later and says it’s gonna be about 10 more minutes and slams the window shut again. 15 minutes go by. Rang the bell again, she comes back to the window and then proceeds to tell me “ you ring that I forgot you was here!” Then threw the orders out the window, I know she’s a manager of that place but her actions and her attitude, rudeness, unprofessional manners should be addressed. Thank you and have a good day.
