Absolutely the worst service I have had at a Pizza Hut called the store to order was asked to pls hold 15 minutes later I arrived at the store still on hold sat outside watched 3 ppl stand behind the counter for 5 minutes and do absolutely nothing ordered and was told I must have been on the phone with a call center at the 26 minute mark the woman who took the order came out as I’m waiting and swept all around me and never spoke a word 30 minutes

I came tonight at 9!! They were not about to close. I ordered 16 wings and large pizza for $50. They served the wings in a large container but only gave me 4!! I called. I stayed at the window. No one. NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME! I called customer service. I paid $50 for pizza and wings and they only gave me 4 wings. They refuse to answer my call. They refused to answer me in the window… I waited for 20 minutes. I know I have to count my loss now but I hope nobody else gets screwed over by them THIS BAD!! DO BETTER!! Hire better people!!

The foods probably the same as the other Pizza Huts. It never seems to be crowded. Staff have been friendly and helpful every time I’ve went. One time a dasher kept part of my order and they remembered the order and gave me my ordered item. One critique is that the the bushes are overgrown and growing over the sidewalk a bit.

Ordered some bacon cheese sticks and oh my goodness. Its crazy how something so simple was so freaking good. They were also ready on time (I scheduled online at a specific time).

Placed an order online and they told me an hour before they close that all they have is breadsticks and no dough ready. It doesn’t make sense for them to be ready to close a whole hour before the location actually closes. Apparently they also did not have chicken wings. Please update your business hours to reflect that you close at 10pm. Horrible service! Order somewhere else!!
50% of the time when I go to this place I end up waiting twice as long as their estimated wait time would be. Stupidly I waited this time around just to see how long it would be and it ended up being a total of an hour and 15 minutes total from order to it being ready, just to find out they were out of half the ingredients for a surpreme pizza. Idk if it’s the staff not showing up to work or what, but this place has gotten on my nerves for the last time

Once again, ordered online then waitied an extra hour to get our food. Pizzas were wrong toppings and crust completely. Didn’t get our drinks. The manager, “Dee”, was not coherent or operating at a level of getting any kind of job done. This location needs serious attention.

I used to love Pizza Hut when I was a kid! I have faith in this place. Younger manger was nice. There was two couples in there eating when I went to pick up my small online order. Employees Needs better packaging and customer interaction. Food was 3/5 at best. I think that’s just Pizza Hut quality though.
