Nobody would even take our order. How are they able to all be outside smoking at the same time? We could have stolen money out of the register if we were thieves. This place used to be so good but their workers now are trash.

Gentleman was quite rude when taking my order. I only order 2 pizzas and preceeded to ask for a side of ranch he huffed and puffed. Was very short with me. After waiting quite some time when I picked up order. I got home and pizzas weren't what I ordered. Called he said he'd remake it at that time he told me he was out of the toppings I ordered instead of telling me that when I called . Waited in lobby without anyone even speaking to me for 15 minutes. The workers hygiene was terrible. Just over all bad experience. Won't go back

I want to leave zero stars. This is for the Pizza Hut at 6118 NW Cache rd, Lawton ok 73505. I ordered a pizza at 6:14. Pizza showed delivered at 6:27 online. Driver arrived at 6:46. Asked the driver. He just left the store he said. Their tracking system is having issues. Pizza was not hot, and the wings were cold. Sadly, this is the third time in a row. All about 2 months apart. I wanted to give them a chance again. Sadly, it looks like they are trying to make their delivery time numbers look better. Do not recommend.

I used to love this place but it took me 21/2 hours to get my food delivered and on top of that they said manager left to the bank and she would bring it to me which she didn't I called back and I had to just go pick it up and only thing I got out of all that was a 2 liter for free and my pizza wasn't even hot nor fresh I was pissed ? they always seem to take this long that's why we order from dominoes
Last time, place was great. Now lunch specials are just take out served with plastic ware. Food took forever even though only ones in restaurant. Not worth eating in store anymore.
