I never get what I order or how I order it.This round 3/3/2024Ordered big dinner box traditional wings and cinisticks.1 pepperioni 1 supremeI got breaded wings. Had to call and took over an hour to get correct item.The pizza was cold. There was no chese on over 2in around both pizzas. Breadsticks had cinnamon sugar not like cinnasticks flavor.Cinnasicks had no icing.If it wasnt for the traditional wings Id never order from here. Over 5yrs not a correct order yet!!
Trash. Pizza Hut‘s quality and customer service has gone down since 2018. If you don’t want cold food, late deliveries, and to actually speak to a worker in the store, order elsewhere. What a waste of money!
Even though they were short staffed, they still had good table side customer service.

We were super late picking up our pizza and they were super friendly and remade our order so it would be hot and fresh. They didn't have to go that extra mile yet they did.

The pizza hut, Cache road in Lawton OK... Not good, A- typical of almost all other huts I've been to. Make sure to very your order BEFORE ya leave. They got two out of two things way wrong...then gave me a credit too small to cover a recorder of a smaller pizza than originally ordered... buyer beware at that Hut.
This is an excellent Pizza Hut. It's too bad Pizza Hut & Yum Inc. ignored my lasts comments about their website. Cheating me by baiting me with a false "Deal". I made plans about a free pizza they had offered. Then when the time came to eat, the free pizza cost $20. If time wasn't an issue, it would be no big deal, but my plans had a tight schedule. It would have been just another Email/Web Scam if I hadn't been phished in. I tried to contact Pizza Hut about the issue several times, but they never got back with me. KFC website is similar. That's why I mention Yum Corp. It must be in their DNA. I just finished off my point on this pizza. The store was friendly, covid style.Parking: Good Parking

I ordered 2 pizzas from here today and they were absolutely awful. Never again! Save your money! 30 bucks wasted on food you can't even eat! I knew I should have order Domino's!

First and last time coming to this pizza hut. Worst pizza ever. My dog wouldn't even eat any. What is wrong with this city and their restaurants. There is only a handful of places that I will eat at. Well pizza hut. I can't believe how the owners and managers of these restaurants can't do their jobs. Wow.
