Man order from Pizza Hut on Lee blvd. This store is the worst in Lawton. How in the world do you burn a P'zone?

My husband called in a simple pizza and wing order.. 1 large Pepperoni and 1 large Hamburger and Onion and Garlic Parmesan wings. Well the order was completely wrong except for the wings. Instead we got a large Pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza and a medium cheese. And I might add that the pizzas were poorly made and burnt at the bottom. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's not hard to take a food order and make a pizza look decent. It's upsetting to spend almost 40 dollars on something that wasn't what you wanted or even ordered.

Don’t bother trying to order a pizza they will tell you to hold and then 10 minutes later hang up on you.

after waiting 2 hours 2 cold pizza show up so I take them back going on the 3rd hour. worst customer service from management who has yet to come out and talk to me after nearly 30 mins of waiting.wost customer service. we will be ordering from dominos for now on.

We waited at the door for 10 minutes nobody came.. fiancée went to look for someone and all the employees were in the back complaining about what goes on on Ft. Sill.. asked if they were open, and if they were too busy that we would go somewhere else... they seated us.. took our order... they brought out the food.. and we never saw them again until we went up to the counter to get our ticket and pay... there wasn’t nobody in the store when we got there or when we left... there is no excuse!!
