Unfortunately a mixed experience. Some employees seemed disinterested while others were eager to help. The bowls and quesadillas were very good but the side of guacamole we purchased was full of pieces of avocado pit and peel. Quality control seems to be a little lacking at this location

I would never eat here again nor would I recommend this to anyone. The service was HORRIBLE and the food made me sick ,seriously got ill from it. Woman behind the counter never spoke , slammed things around and got even angry when I tried to ask a question even when I explained I had never eaten there before. A young man behind the counter tried to make it right but damage was done. Older woman working there just looked on and never tried to say anything. Within an hour of eating there I got very sick from the food.

This isn’t my first time here. Unfortunately, my experience was unpleasant. The two women working there were rude, didn’t greet us, and made us feel unwelcome. Their attitude was unprofessional and off-putting. I noticed similar complaints in other reviews, so I hope management takes this seriously.

Forgot a backpack over night and when I picked it up the next morning, $120 were missing. Probably someone from the staff the night before or that morning stole it. Not nice.

This isn’t my first time here, but my first time having such a relatively negative experience. I went in and had a decently large order, and one of the workers seemed to be ‘out of it’ while she and her friend were making faces and talking amongst themselves when taking my order. In the beginning, things were decent, but towards the end of my order, it almost seemed as if they were jeering at me. It really gave off “high school mean girl” behavior. Even when all was said and done and I got my order, I noticed the other girl still looking around at me and laughing. It very well could be non-nefarious, but I’m a believer that there’s no smoke without fire. I truly love the food at this establishment, but I did not appreciate my experience or my treatment.

Or most part, the employees are very nice and courteous. They seemed to stay busy, trying to keep the Store picked up and clean. . If they’re out of something they let you know upfront that they are out of it. They try to. see if you would like to substitute something in place of it. They offer you a suggestion if you don’t know what you would like. I think it is really great that most most of the employees are teenagers working to get experience or help helping with there family Expensive.
The past 4 times I've come into Qdoba, there station is a mess, the worker is complaining about being over worked cussing, and my food is always cold. I'm done. I won't be back. This is very disappointing cause this is the closest thing to Chipotle I can have but it's just not worth it.

The bathroom was one of the grossest bathrooms I’ve been in at a restaurant, the toilet was clogged and piled up with paper, the paper towel dispenser didn’t work and the habanero steak was room temp at best.

I was initially given half a scoop of meat that was considered a single serving but the other customer got 2 scoops that was also considered a single serving. The workers here always seem to be problematic in more ways than one, but this occurence was very absurd this time to say the least.
