Waitress threw our to go order up on the shelf as if we inconvenienced her!! And spending over 100.00 on my family and we basically paid for sauce on our Cajun chicken Alfredo!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD EATING HERE!! VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED.

Food takes way too long to come to the table. It took 30 min. for our appetizer than an additional half hr. for my reward appetizer as a platinum red lobster member. When our food started to come out, we had already been sitting for over 2 hrs. Finally, my ultimate feast comes out, but missing one of the items (snow crab legs) It took another 15 min. plus, until I finally got the crablegs. Note leaving the rest of my plate of food untouched and cold waiting for my complete meal. However..., our waitress Amy was full of energy and a great attitude and knew how to sell you on the menu items. She made the 3 hr meal sit a not so bad experience. If it wasn't for her, me and my crew and I would have chosen to walk out and find someplace else to dine.

Don't go to this location they absolutely trash. They do not get orders right, they don't pay attention when curbside is there. And when you put a complaint in they never call you.Servers also come out with your to-go food with a mouth full of food.
Food was good, service was excellent. My son and I went today as we had an errand to run in Lawton. My wife and daughter had a rough dining experience here earlier in the week so I went loaded for bear. The server was terrific as was the food. I'll add back another star on the next visit. Atmosphere is based on the decor. It was somewhat dark and needs an update. It was clean in the dining area as was the restroom. On my wife's visit the manager did try to make it right for them and I appreciate that.
The greeter was not friendly. Didn't offer Booth or table & set us at a table. Thankfully our server had booths in a quieter part of the restaurant. "All you can eat" was just that and was very good. The rolls were plentiful as was the glass

Took around 2 hours total to place our order and get our food, on top of that they totally forgot my food so I got to watch my family eat while I waited on mine, but it didn't come out for another 20 minutes so everyone was way done and they forgot our sides. Then when i did get my meal it was the wrong one. I didn't order anything complicated, my family and I are very simple people. I will say the only plus is the lady im assuming is the manager was working very hard to make things right but she needs help. Haven't been here in a while but the menu has changed and not in a good way. Will not go back

Edith was a terrible waitress. She was biasly attentive to a party of 3 people that was seated after my party of 2. They were served biscuits and an appetizer before us. We had to ask for our biscuits and she did not even apologize for not bringing us any. Then she forgot to serve us parts of our meal. Not only that but our shrimp skewers were both charred. Then when we asked for more biscuits she brought us burnt biscuits and claimed thats all thats available untill the next batch comes out the oven. Anytime she came to our table she was very dismissive and inattentive. Only after I asked for her name she forced a fake smile and offered biscuits to go.
