My family and I go here quite often. The restaurant is always clean. The wait staff is amazing and patient. Nico and Ren are my favorite. They all recognize me now and always make me feel very welcome. Food is good and the wait is never long. Portions are huge but that is ok I get a couple of meals.

Our family LOVES Rib Crib. Super family friendly, affordable, big portions, delicious food, and (probably the most notable) incredible customer service. We go at least once a month and we have never had bad service, ever. From the host/hostess to the servers to anyone else we have had the pleasure of interacting with there, they have always been kind, knowledgeable, and attentive.

The customer service was very nice. Informative and patient. Upon speaking with the manager Robert I informed him that I had only eaten there once and it was wonderful. The ribs were extremely tender and very tasty. We also enjoyed the sides. I will most definitely be going back. Thank you Robert, Jerry and the rest of staff that made my meal and visit pleasant.
