The food is good, my wife likes the peanut butter sweet potato fries. The service is terrible. 06/22/2025 at noon the hostess was watching the T.V. and a staff member told her we were waiting. She gets up and says "My Bad" Shoos us toward the booths and says "Just sit in one of the first few booths". She never moved from behind her podium. Why did we need to "WAIT TO BE SEATED"? We asked for the sweet potato fries to be brought before the meal but the waitress forgot that request.

Will never go back! This had become me and my husband's favorite spot to eat out occasionally. This evening, I ordered a southwest salad and asked for the chicken on the side. I'm a vegetarian and I was going to give it to my husband since I pay for it regardless. They brought me the chicken mixed with my beans and corn. I very much wanted both of those things and never asked that they be pur on the side. I asked for it to be made correctly and they told me they'd have to charge me EXTRA to make it HOW I ASKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I didn't mess up my order, YOU DID! We asked for to go boxes, paid the tab, and left. We will never be coming back! Absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer like that over 3 dollars worth of chicken!

The food was delicious. I got. Veggie black and blue burger and my MIL got a porker. Sometimes veggie patties have dry flavorless taste, but this one did not. It held up to the sauce and did not get soggy. The fries were crispy and not overly salted. The waitress did not offer to refill drinks or seem to be around much except to bring food beverages or the ticket. The speaker we sat under was busted so it had a very distorted sound. And the floors seemed unclean despite not being overly busy.

The price for a double impossible patty is different in the computer than the menu. We also had a charge for something we did not order. Our server was totally fine removing the extra charges. HOWEVER, the manager came to our table to argue about the menu with us. I’m leaving this review because of the manager, it was very confrontational and made us feel trapped at the table. It’s the rotund female manager(I don’t know if there are multiple). She has a serious attitude problem and needs to improve her reading comprehension.
