“I order pizza and wings and drinks on 12/19/20 and they shorten my wings I didn’t get 20 pieces that I paid for.. they didn’t give me my drinks, I had to go back and get them the guy was nice and apologized for the drinks Order again on 12/24/20 get home and the cheesey bread is not cut my pepperoni pizza had both types when I asked for old world,,pizzas were not cut all the way I had to cut them myself my wings were suppose to be well done well they r not and a drizzle of bbq didn’t put the garlic sauce on the pizza crust Everything else was good I just hope that a manager could call me and msg me about these issues and it gets fixed I would love to come again but the issues need to be corrected“

“Very great food and service. The bread bowl of Cheddar Broccoli is out of this world. And my husband very much enjoys the broccoli Mac n cheese. A VERY highly recommend spot in any state for vegetarians like us, and meat lovers alike. And they are very well priced for the quality of food. Not expensive at all.“

“**somehow changed to "recommends"... we do NOT recommend** My mother decided to treat us to Chick fil A for a family get together this evening, so she put an order in right about 5. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“
