I found this place looking online for sushi....if I had drove by first and saw the place, I probably would have kept going honestly. Looks are very deceiving, and this is the case here. Sushi was very good and fresh! I def would recommend and come back.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy. Just one other table besides our's. Waitress was polite but forgot about or sushi and egg rolls until we were already into our meal. Their clear soup was ok it's about the same as any hibachi restaurant. The salad was ok. My wife and kids ordered the chicken hibachi and I ordered the steak hibachi. As soon as my wife took a bite of the chicken she knew it wasn't chicken. She didn't say anything to the kids. One of the kids said that they thought the chicken tasted "weird". We all lost our appetite and just ate the rice and vegetables (which were a very small portion). We ate and paid out $175 bill. I have honestly never felt as I had been ripped off. Will never go back and definitely don't recommend

When we walked in the hostess..our waitress ignored us while we stood there. Husband asked if hibachi was closed and she said yes. Then someone else waved us to sit down. We asked if we could exchange one of the soups for the other (we werent aware it came with the soup we didnt want) and the waitress said , "It would've been nice to know that before I brought it out." We waited about 45 minutes for the 1st plate to come out then another 15 for the 2nd plate to come out and so on...one dish at a time. 4 people. Waitress never filled a tea or took a dish back. Fried rice was very dry...chicken teriyaki is not good. Hibachi steak and chicken was good. Had to find our own napkins and had 3 forks for 4 people. Over $100 for a miserable experience.

The place is awesome. Never tried Japanese food before but once I tried it here I love it! The hibachi comes with soup salad and veggies. The quality is extremely good. Better than ordering a pizza in my opinion.

Walked in to get a table and the bartender avoided eye contact with us. What appeared to be the hostess/waitress walked past us without even a second glance. We ended up leaving after a few minutes because it was evident they didn't want our business. Will not return because of this experience.

I ordered fried calamari as my appetizer. It was over cooked. The battery was too thick and the squid was over cooked and tough, and served with ketchup… ordered a bento: the miso soup that came with the bento was too bland, I asked for Chicken Tempura Bento, there was 2 pieces of chicken tender, sliced super, overly battered. The batter were thicker than the chicken. Along with the chicken, it was a corner full of fried vegetables (2 zucchini, 2 squash, a huge broccoli and something else). More fried vegetables than chicken. The sushi roll that came with the bento, had overly ripped avocado that it was mushy and brownish…Only good thing about the experience was the waiter. She was nice and she understood my complaints.Atmosphere was horrible, the owner was arguing with a customer. The customer didn’t like their meal.Definitely will not be coming here again.

They remember me and are so polite and friendly. They have great sushi. Even after going on vacation to California, I prefer Samurai's sushi.
