You need to hire people with better service skills. The girl running the register had a bad attitude. I said no whip and had to say loudly no whip again at the window. She just left the whip she had put on it and gave to a different girl to hand it to me. Purdy poor service. The one with the am better then you attitude is going to cost you sales. I will never buy from there again. By the way I toss the drink out because I didn't trust she made it with out doing something to it. The one who made it was the one running the window. I will send this off to corporate.

Young lady that was working this morning has a terrible attitude, I understand bad days but it’s a constant with her. But today was one of the worst experiences, everyone there is great except her. We love Scooters but we will gladly take our money elsewhere to not have to experience this kind of customer service.

You can tell that someone who doesn't love coffee made my blended peanut butter crunch. Was my first time trying and I could tell that they made an overly iced coffee and threw that sucker in a blender then finished it off with whip cream. The taste was over iced with no flavor.
