The BEST southern comfort food in Oklahoma hands down. She is a wonderful woman with skills and passion behind each dish she creates ❤️. She absolutely loves seeing each customer that stops by. Shay’s catering treats you like family and that’s what I love about her business. If you see her food truck you need to run after it like it’s ice cream on a hot summer day.

I’m from Louisiana & have been searching for some good comfort/soul food since I moved out here in 2019 & I’m happy I stubbled upon this place due to door dash. I had the pork chop dinner with cabbage & Mac & cheese with some cornbread. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.
