order through app, app says add phone number IN CASE THERE IS AN ISSUE. store is not busy, no call. don't have fillings. tells me to cancel or take regular stale donuts without filling. I can't cancel through the app. wasted money on donuts I didn't want. at least use the phone number that app asks for when making an order if there is an issue. like the biggest issue. not having any

If you order donuts for delivery on the Shipley website it does not account for how much product the store has on location. The site will take your order, charge you and then the store will call and tell you they cant fullfill the order and its totally on you to figure out how to cancel the order. If you then contact the website with the issue you wont get a reply.

Visiting from California not sure what the hype is ! Dozen doughnuts has too many restrictions on selection. Cake doughnuts are considered a specialty doughnut 🤔! Nothing special for the price , I paid $20 for a 1/2 dozen doughnut and some specialty. The taste came from the icing. I should have listened to the Yelp review.

Donuts are great but customer service needs a lot of improvement. I’ve been going there about a week and first couple of times I ordered the lady that waits on me was rude and not friendly at all. It’s like we inconvenience her by coming in. First couple of times I thought maybe she was having a bad day but it’s everytime I go in. She needs to get out of customer service or change her attitude. No good morning or thank you have a good day. Really sad because I love their donuts.

I purchased a half dozen donuts and a hotdog in a cursant as well as the ham n cheese. Lady was very unfriendly and the donuts were not good the cheese danish was dry and bland, the ham disgusting. The donuts were also very dry and bland. For $15 would expect it to be at least edible but nthe case. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
The kolaches are the tiniest I have ever had and not that good. Donuts were highly disappointing as well. Overall I wouldn't recommend this donut shop as it's highly overpriced for the low quality of the eats.

I went with both of my disable children the lady behind counter looked at us rude the whole time . My son is Autistic sometimes he's loud and she just kept looking at him with an angry face not friendly at all.
