The young curly haired chick working the counter the night of 12/7 has zero customer service skills. Walked right past me, stared right into my eyes while I’m standing at the counter didn’t say anything.
My food was ready 20 minutes after I ordered it. It was very nice of them to make the milkshake first then make me wait another 15 minutes for them to make the food.
The girl at the counter told me sorry the guys wanted to knock the drive-through out before we made your food.
What is the point of having an app that says your food will be ready in 10 minutes when I am standing in the restaurant for 20 minutes after I drove 15 minutes to get there.

My large 32 ounce Dr. Pepper was about 30 ounces of ice. My fries were cold and so were my tenders Gravy was cold and nasty 🤢 My first time and last time eating at Slim Chickens. Manager was rude and did nothing to correct my order. 👎

The food is usually very good, but this last time, the chicken tenders were overcooked and tasted like old oil. Very friendly service though.
All around great expierence, food and atmosphere. Counter person was very helpful and personable. Will definitely be going back and visiting other locations during upcoming travels.
