I have to say the Sonic team I work with is pretty awesome! Most of the time we all work together really good. We have regular customers that we enjoy seeing everyday. I have to say "I enjoy working with this crew (especially now that we kinda getting to know each other better)". I don't always know how some people are going to accept me so it takes me a little bit to show the real ME. So don't get fooled by the quiet ME.

Customer service was great, but the screen did not allow me to touch to add payment so I was not allowed to tip the nice server. This establishment is costing their workers tips because their screens don’t work and their equipment malfunctions???

Price doesn't reflect advertising and no sauces. Payed double just taking away from the tip. Really order 2 orders of groovy fries and no GroovY sauce!

They are honestly constantly messing up things. The mics or something needs to be replaced cause half of the time they don't even hear the full order. Maybe they should come out and take orders? I've had to wait extra time multiples times due to this mistake.
Always had a great experience with their food and drinks. They were quick and the employees did a great job with service. Some of their machines touch screens don't work and had a machine where the credit card slot was broken. Machines are really the only downfall but you still get quick service.

The Footlong Chili cheese dog was very microwaved tasting. It came out quickly, but the only thing edible was the chili & cheese. The hotdogs tasted uncooked & microwaved for heating only. Even my sister's 3 dogs would not eat the meat nor the nun. Waste of my money time& gas!!! Very disappointing Sonic! Fry the onion rings please! Boil the hot dogs please. Cook the meat yourself. Not the microwave!!!...smh????
