Only time I get Starbucks is when someone else is getting it for me. I go to 7 brew where they actually have what’s on their menu.

Only Buckies in this town! Building planner was smoking something wacky when they designed it. Drive-through is a pain to navigate with a sharp turn and narrow path. Plus it blocks half the parking area, so if you park there and they get busy, you'll get trapped in. Inconsistencies in the same two drinks where one was dark halfway up and the other appeared just milk and cream. Girl that took my order was chill and nice. Just seemed like staff was overwhelmed. Think there were 6-7 employees working. My city gets way more people in their Buckies and there's only 2-3. I will just stick to Folgers. $18 for two drinks isn't worth the headache anymore... 😩💩 🗑🔥

Pulled up at 6:22 am… 2 cars ahead of me… we make our order about 6:25… we wait and wait till 6:37 to get our drinks. It’s like they think they can scam peoples drinks. I’m not sure how hard it is to get your machine to make a 5 shot espresso??? They think we won’t notice you did an americano or a long drink but we do. We know what and how our coffee should look and today was just unacceptable and it’s not the first time. But it will be the last time. If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t. You wasted my time, you took my money, and you still expect a tip without providing the correct products. You need new management at this store, it’s clear as day that your DEI hires are not working out for you especially not the for customers!

Manager/Supervisor was unwilling to make my drink correctly after calling to explain it was wrong. She didn’t care it was an $8-9 drink that was ruined & needed to be trashed!

I stop at this location almost every day and 9 of 10 times they make my drink wrong. They need to read what the customer order before they start making the drinks. Awful place.
