I waited literally 20 minutes for one coffee, ridiculous. Don’t bother coming here after 6pm if you don’t have half an hour to wait on your drink.

my mom and i come here a lot. we love the baristas, they’re usually amazing and incredibly nice. service can be really slow sometimes but usually it’s decently fast. the only complaint i have is i revieved a plain croissant rather than my blueberry scone the other day.

Y’all when I say this was the best lil Starbucks I’ve ever been to I wish I caught the name of the young man who made my drink he was awesome and they were packed but kept the line moving right along I got the Carmel Apple Spice w Oatmilk and Apple Brown Sugar he said he never made it before but it was so delicious I’ll def be back just for him and his service!!!

One of the worse places we have stopped , they skipped over mobile orders , my husband went in for 3 things that I done a mobile order on an it took them over 30 minutes to fix one coffee an heat two breakfast items up.. Our food was cold an my coffee wasn’t done right .. Not happy

The customer service at the location is HORRIBLE I dealt with a lady name Brittany and she was the meanest most awful person ever. When I expressed my drink was not made to par like normal she aggressively rolled her eyes and said “sir, I know how to do my job. I made your drink it is correct” I then asked to speak to the manager and she brought me some girl who didn’t even look to be out of Highschool named Kaitlynn I believe. She was absolutely no help either. As I was leaving a customer stopped me and told me that kaitlynn was infact NOT the manager and she personally knew who it was. I will also be contacting Starbucks cooperate company.
