I just moved to this state from California. I have to drive almost an hour to get a Starbucks. Everyone here is really nice. The coffee and food are always what i ask for. Starbucks needs to open a location in Duncan. There are a lot of California's living here now. Come on Starbucks up your game. Safeway too.

It took over 20 minutes for two drinks. They focused on drive through orders and proceeded mess up both drinks that I ordered. The staff was incompetent and proceeded to mess up two drive through orders while I was there as the people came in complaining that what they ordered wasn’t

Been there 2x. First time I got 4 pieces of ice in my ICED latte. I counted. And the next time they were out of vanilla syrup and sugar free vanilla worst Starbucks I’ve been too hands

The manager here is awesome! If you have an issue she will do her best to make it right! Today I had questions about my shots and she poured me my regular 5 shots and then the ristretto and then a triple long shots! We went over the difference and how taste is a factor of left sit out for a long time! She also gave me the shots she poured for the little espresso class she gave me! For the most part everyone is nice and willing to fix any issues that I may have! We can all have a bad day that’s just life but they will do their best to fix anything! Thanks again for taking the time to teach me a little bit about espresso and the many forms we can order! Now to pick the one I like!

My FAVORITE Starbucks in town!! They’re always so sweet, friendly, and attentive! Cannot say enough good about them!
Parking: There is a shared parking lot, and it typically has parking every time we go there and go in.
Kid-friendliness: All of the wonderful individuals I have spoken to are wonderful at recommending drinks or snacks for kids and are more than happy to add a drizzle to see them light up!

Always gets my orders wrong even when it’s clearly stated on the cup. Shouldn’t be paying $16 for coffees for them to be messed up and paying extra for certain things and then not be added. Happens every time no matter the amount of people there.
