There was a very rude lady working the line at 12:30 pm 12/9. Hygiene should be a factor when working with food. Had to eat something before my appointment. Sandwich was not edible. Everything on this sandwich tasted old. The tomatoes looked orange yellow. The meat was bad and had a smell. I had forgot how bad this location sucked.

Fresh and clean. But.. asked for extra lettuce and onions... this is not extra. Called and spoke with Ricky... was told it was doubled from the regular amount and was offered to remake if brought back... can't since I'm on lunch and cannot leave...his suggestion was to ask for a ton vs extra.

Everyone was very nice and store was clean. My issue: I will never order a roast beef sub from here again. $13+ for a footlong with 3 slices of roast beef. Come on. How do you plan on getting repeat customers serving basically just a loaf of bread? Step it up.

This is to Subway Management. You really should teach your employees the art of working on a clean table. While some of your people are clean and neat, you have 2 people who are very messy and did not clean or wash their hands, let alone change their gloves. I tried to explain how onion contamination ruins a good sandwich, that onions make my mouth burn! I ordered the Honey Mustard Barbecue Sandwich and when she started to put the lettuce and tomatoes I asked to skip the lettuce and tomatoes as I feared there would be onion bits in the lettuce. The work table was very dirty and she made no attempt to wipe the table! As a result, there was enough onion taste to burn my miuth! So, I get 2 sandwiches that I can not eat that I paid 27.66 for!

Angie was so pleasant this morning, even though we interrupted her when she was making some bread. My son has laryngitis and was unable to speak at an audible volume, so our order took a little longer. She never got frustrated and had a smile on her face the entire time. Thank you for having the patience of a saint.

It was 103° outside this afternoon and the female cashier refused to give a homeless woman a water cup. And when I offered to pay for the homeless woman, the cashier told me she isn’t welcome in the store. I had to almost yell at the woman that I am allowed and that I will be covering her beverages. Is the store hurting so much that common decency is too much?
