Ordered a 6” toasted turkey with pepper jack cheese the other day. Asked for spinach, bell peppers. Received 4 leaves of spinach and two slivers of bell peppers. Ridiculous. Don’t go here. Rip off.

This Subway location is the best I have experienced in years. I started to worry about Subway’s future existence but this location has given me hope that there are still locations that ownership and or management still care about customers. We visited on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The inside was clean, the staff seemed to be wry happy and positive, the food was fresh and a big point for me is the veggie case. The veggies were fresh and didn’t have the appearance they had been sitting there for hours drying out. Another point I will mention is that there were at least 3 employees working. May have been more, possibly a manger in back but there were three bodies on the line making sandwiches and checking customers out. Subways in general run the minimum amount of employees (which in my experience is always one) and they are usually overworked and stressed and don’t always provide the best quality of service. Thank you to whoever owns this location. We were visiting family in the Comanche County Hospital and our experience at your establishment made our visit to Lawton, OK a little more enjoyable.

Honestly. I come here over all the subways in Lawton but i will be driving out to Medicine Park from now on. As someone who eats subway all the time i watch them make my sandwhich everytime. But there’s a couple workers who definitely need a refresher. Learn to wrap sandwiches. Learn how to cut in the middle and also learn how to put sauce in the freaking sandwhich so that way when i open it my sandwhich isn’t dry and my sauce isn’t all over me. Please freaking do better.

Ordered food through the app. Placed order at 7:50 and it said it would be ready at 8:10pm. Boyfriend went to get it, none of the veggies were on my sandwich and some were missing from his. We ordered a foot long cookie and they didn’t have it so just gave us 6 cookies. (Not really equal value is it?) they didn’t have good attitudes when my bf walked in anyway because apparently they close at 8:30pm. Google told me it was 9:30 or we wouldn’t have ordered there. All in all, terrible service.
The first red flag was I could not see my sandwich being made due to metal door on top of meat and veggie section. Second red flag was employees have bad hygiene. Hair loose and over shoulders, bad for business. And if those things aren’t bad enough, before I got to the counter to say hello, I smelled a strong Hair and body odor . Please rebrand, and do better. I left and did not order. Couldn’t chance getting sick.
