Went to Taco Mayo for some good food!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The cheese sauce is canned, how do I know, I was in the military as a food specialist, and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, will not EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

I want to add that I drove extra miles to this location before because of the ratings and received good service, and product, but apparently hit or miss at this location. No use for the extra effort to order from this location. My experience.

My experience was horrible & I will NOT be returning. I pre-ordered my food & when my husband & I arrived the Italian herbs & cheese wasn’t available. I’m literally staring at the bread. An employee then states “oh we just took it out of the oven so you’ll have to wait”. I ask how long the wait is & his response is “oh 30 mins”. I ask for a refund because I’m not waiting an additional 30 mins(I’ve already been waiting for almost 15). Some girl goes to the register & processes the refund & hands me two receipts. Hmm is the money instantly there or will there be a wait. She tells me “it’s 24 hrs before your money will be back on your card”. WTH, what if that was our very last? I’m highly disappointed & won’t be returning because the employees are too dense.
