This place sucks! We've ordered from here 4 times since moving to the east side of town. Once online and 3 times in the store. The attitudes every time are ridiculous. Workers acting like you're inconveniencing them by ordering food. Cant get ahold of management, cant get anyone higher up to call you back. Absolute joke.

On a whim we stopped by Subway on the east side of Lawton for lunch. There, unknown to me, was a sorcerer of sandwiches. His name tag said Jason and that guy made the standard subway sandwich FAR BETTER than they are supposed to be. Off menu and on point, it was the best fast food I've had.

The newly remodeled store by Homeland off of Flowermound Rd is clean, friendly people, food was good.
This subway is different. These low reviews are entitled old hags that has nothing to do but complain. The workers here are either high school students/college students that are trying to find a balance with their job and school. Everything about this store is perfect. ?

The black girl that made our sandwiches was very rude. Did not smile or show any good customer service. The young man Ricky was pleasant but should have better customer service. Maybe some customer service training would help your store. We won’t be back.
