The black girl that made our sandwiches was very rude. Did not smile or show any good customer service. The young man Ricky was pleasant but should have better customer service. Maybe some customer service training would help your store. We won’t be back.

All the people that work at this location on the Southeast side are rude ,and disrespectful .They have no customer service skills whatsoever .They don't even welcome you when you walk in the door. Some young little punk behind the counter did not like it when he was asked do you not say hello. I will never go there again I will drive clear cross town if I have to. I waked out.

Food is fine, the quality of the veggies is hit or miss. Almost every time I go here, the staff look and act miserable. They can't even be bothered to greet customers upon arrival and have terrible customer service skills throughout the ordering process. I'd rather jump behind the counter and make my own sandwich because they act unapologetically annoyed that I even walked through the door. Several need to be fired if they hate their jobs that much.

Not sure what has happened to subway, but the quality is definitely lacking.I ordered the outlaw, and compared to the advertisement, it was pretty sad looking.Stopped here strictly for convenience, but I guess I will drive out of my way because Jersey Mikes is so much better!

Employees wouldn’t honor online discount. Considered telling them to throw those sandwiches in the trash, while I sat down and ordered online . What’s the difference in an in person transaction and an online one ?

It was good, but NOT $1+ per inch good.$15 + tax for my sandwich...12 inch sandwich, equals more then $1 an inch.
