Expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food, even if you ordered ahead.
Food is good, and the place is clean, but Management needs to get their Labor right. There is always only one worker there; they're taking in-store orders, answering phone calls, covering the counter, and register by themselves. One person.
Management needs to do better.

honestly the food isn’t bad it’s the portions of food they give you that changed it’s a lot less going on the sandwiches now, workers are great though

Eric and Jeff CRUSHED IT tonight. They were absolutely slammed when I walked in, but they kept things moving like a well-oiled machine. Eric maintained a great attitude despite an endless line of mobile orders coming in, and Jeff kept churning out those sandwiches. I didn't hear a single complaint the whole time I was there - just a positive spirit and a willingness to persevere. I have had some negative experiences at this location in the past, but tonight, they redeemed their reputation. It was a shining example that other restaurants should follow, and I'm grateful for the service I received. ?

Can’t rate the food because I was treated as if I was invisible. There was only one guy making food. It looked like he was working on online orders or something. The least he could have done was acknowledge me. Nah. Nothing. I gave up after standing there for 10mins.

Constantly late on ALL app orders. Regularly missing items becuase "we got busy" while one dude just stand around making excuses. Have not had a single order in 6 months on time. Almost always 20-30 minutes after ready time, soft drinks are often below expectation, and may or may not have cookies made (remember that wait time? NOT ONE INCLINATION TO START ANY). Cant refund items, but recommend you come back 40 minutes later, after its already 30 minutes late.
