Upon arriving was not greeted by any of the employees. One employee was standing at the table located at the end of food prep line eating food from another establishment. Had to place order on keosik. Dinning room dirty. All employees and managers need to re take food safety courses.

Horrible service, waited damn near 30 min for stale food. I made it back to the house and everything was hella stale and cold. I’m on the east and don’t feel like driving back at 5 AM. Ima take the L but yall needa do better and to the dude who brought my food out, clean yourself you look dirty.

If you have 45 minutes to spare, this is a great place to stop in for a couple of tacos. If you want fast food, try another location or another chain. This is absolutely ridiculous, the manager has failed to create any sense of urgency in the kitchen. They have jokes, have a good time, they just don’t have your order.

I am NOT a fan of ordering at a kiosk while an employee is sitting on a chair behind the counter. When I ask if I can just order with her, she states I will have to use the kiosk. The older generation is not up with the new technology and prefers the one on one service we use to be able to get in America. We fumbled our way through the whole kiosk experience, got our cups, and moved around to the dining room. Now we can't find a clean table. It's not busy, only 4 other people. I asked the manager if someone could come wipe down a table, but apparently, it fell on deaf ears. The entire time we were there, NOBODY came to clean the dining room. As we were leaving, there were 4 or 5 workers standing doing nothing, so I said again, your dining room needs attention. The response was a very condescending "we'll get to it in a little bit, have a nice day"

I usually love Taco Bell, and when they make the food correctly it's good but I have never seen a place get an order wrong so many times in a row. Y'all are the reason minimum wage never goes up

Customer service was total bullshit. I came in to grab an order my mother told me to get for her, and then they said that they need to confirm it. I called my mother to confirm, and she offered a screenshot and they denied them.

I'm getting corporate offices notified because this was during when my mom is sick. Now they made her drive when she sick, not caring about her plus she is a veteran with a bad leg as well and now they're starting to give me an attitude for complaining about this. Avoid Taco Bell's workers. It's jacked up.

Sadly, the customer service at this location is horrific. With new technology and mobile ordering. Customer interaction seems to be frustrating to employees when a customer is inside the establishment. About 21 mins waiting, a worker finally asked, what I wanted? I never had a mobile order take so long, especially when no customers are present at the business. With five employees working, why was only one person making orders? Occasionally, two, but mainly one?

This location has now started moving all the cars to the parking lot to trick you into thinking the drive thru is empty. Seems to be a lawton only thing. Never had it occur anywhere else in the US. Just one more reason I can't wait to leave this cesspool.
