A party of 3 walk into an empty Taco Bell restaurant. A worker was at the front counter and was on her cell phone involved in a personal phone call. She paused long enough to instruct us to use the kiosk. I am not a fan of using a kiosk especially when the employee is not doing anything but talking on the phone. She said if we needed assistance she would assist, then turned her back to us and continued the phone call. The order was correct however the salsa packets asked for did not get put into the bag. I left feeling like my business there was not as important as that phone call. I will not return to this Taco Time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used to work at this Taco Bell, so I know exactly how things are supposed to go. I walked up during open hours, called, knocked—no answer. Tried to order at the drive-thru and got ignored halfway through. Went to the window and was told they were “closed,” but then a car pulled up and got served right after. So let me get this straight—you need a car to be treated like a customer now?

The crew was on their phones, laughing and playing around instead of doing their jobs. As someone who used to be behind that counter, I’m embarrassed for y’all. This was straight-up lazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. You’re representing the brand—act like it. Just say you didn’t feel like working instead of lying to customers. Do better.

Staff just standing making drinks. Handed me my food but never my drink despite multiple attempts to get their attention. My cashier was Brenda N. At 12:23pm. I can understand being busy at lunch rush, but come on.

I ordered the $9 box asked that they switch the cinnamon twist out for chips and cheese since I'm highly allergic to cinnamon I received my order and went home after eating I noticed allergy symptoms so I called to make sure that they didn't accidentally cross contaminate. Guess what the chip and the twist are held next to each other! No apology not even and acknowledgment that there was a problem.

Upon arriving was not greeted by any of the employees. One employee was standing at the table located at the end of food prep line eating food from another establishment. Had to place order on keosik. Dinning room dirty. All employees and managers need to re take food safety courses.
