Had the best experience at this Taco Bell last night. The girl taking our order at the drive through was absolutely amazing, the food was made perfectly, and we had a bunch of special requests and they did it all exactly right. Plus it was super tasty. Great experience, great Taco Bell.

Ordered food got the wrong order wouldn’t replace the order mind you it made me late for work and by the time I got back food was cold. Managers should be a little more accommodating to their mess up and made my whole order again.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a discovery box and my Chalupa. The shell is not fried. It’s completely soft and there’s there’s weird wet spot at the bottom. I had to go back and ask about my nacho fries cause I got a large nacho fry and they only filled it up halfway. Luckily I was able to get my nacho fries fixed, but they did take the nacho fries back after I had already touched them And I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to take food back after it’s been handed off and my Chalupa does not look right. I had also got a five layer burrito and like with the nacho fries I had to go back and tell them because it was so thin It wasn’t a burrito. Not to mention, they had a full house of people back there and it still took me and my grandma about 20/30 minutes to get our food Not to mention when I unwrapped my soft taco, the tortilla was sticking to the paper, and it just completely fell apart I am highly disappointed, especially considering I spent 15 bucks on this make it make sense.

Great service, but the food was disgusting. I wouldn’t purchase food here for even my mother in-law, and I really don’t like that woman. 2/10 food, the rest would be 4/10

I don't know where to start but anyone in Lawton wanting Tacobell go to any location but this one. I have been to this location twice. First time they were out of everything seemed like and this time I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Wouldn't mind if I dined in but I went through the drive through. We get about 15 minutes down the highway because we live a hour away and they charged extra for my order but didn't add the extra cheese or sauce. I also ordered no onion and of course it had onions. Food was cold. What little cheese in my bean burritos wasn't even melted that's how cold it was. The chalupas were rock hard. So upset. Wasted money and wasted food and going home hungry. Thanks tacobell.

Terrible service everytime I eat here, they cant even bother to get the order correct and just dont care...bet if the shoe was on the other foot and they didnt get what they paid for they would be throwing stuff if they wasted their hard earned money on something they didn't receive!

This place is amazing! Especially the workers! When I was placing my order through the drive through, my radiator burst! I had no idea what to do in the moment especially since I was blocking their drive-thru. While I was on the phone calling my parents to come and help me, two workers came up to me and helped me push my truck out and into the parking area. Mind you it was over 100 degrees today! Ashlynn (not sure if I spelled her name right, and if not, I'm sorry!) Came back out and gave me some water and offered I come inside and wait for help inside in the A.C. I completely recommend this place! Their customer service is amazing!
