Had to go though line 3 times to get my order right. I spent a hr in line to get my food right! Service was bad. I just got a Loaded Nachos and 3 chicken flatbeds. And they couldn't get my order right! 3 times though the line before they got my order right! The service is bad! And is getting worst everytime I go there! I want be going there again!

Food was beyond edible. Items were just barely wrapped and thrown into the bags. Did not even get the 4 things of cinnamon twists I ordered. The Quesdilla had basically only cheese and bread in it no meat whatsoever. I wouldn't feed the food I received to my dog let alone my toilet. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to actually enjoy food and feel like you got your monies worth.

I went through the drive thru on the 16th of Feb at around 1715 and ordered a party pack of DLT SUPREME the first four were ok but the Last 8 we had to thru them in the garage the taco shell were old and nasty.3 weeks ago I ordered the same thing but when I got home no sour cream.I guess it's taco Buenos ? from now on.There's no more customers service or any pride in the employees.

Have stood in lobbing waiting on an order that was placed online for more than 30 min on several occasions! Ten other customers doing the same with no cars in drive thru!
This is the worst Taco Bell in Lawton. Franchise owner keeps the place chronically understaffed and hides it by having every every car pull around front to wait for their food so that they can clear the drive through order times. This keeps corporate happy, but the employees always seem exhausted and food takes forever to get to you. I literally waited 30 minutes for my already paid for food, 2 tacos and a burrito, with about 6 other cars in front of the restaurant while they kept the drive through cleared out so other unsuspecting people could be caught in their trap.
