Myself and 2 co workers, in separate vehicles went to get lunch through the drive thru. The Co worker ahead of me ordered his food, I got to the menu, and was told, no beef, steak or chicken. They are all out and there is a 30 minute wait on beef. So I pull off. The Co worker behind me, ordered food. Was going to wait on the beef. I asked them what they ordered, TACOs and STACKERS. One of the employees told the co worker that they wanted to go smoke so they lied so they didn't have an order to make. Management needs to do pop up checks on over nights and figure out what is going on. Visit was early morning on 01.05.2026.

Took 20 minutes to make 4 boxes and there was little to no inside or outside traffic to cause the delay. This is the third time this has happened at this location, we will shying away from this location moving forward.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy named Larry in the drive thru today was not only rude and disrespectful but he also argued with me at the drive thru window. The automated system asked if it was a mobile order. I responded yes. Then Larry came over the intercoms and argued with my rudely about there being a difference between mobile order and a ticket check in or something. I stopped him and told him that I did say mobile order and he proceeded to still have an attitude and argue so I drove up to the window and got my food.
Food mislabeled so we ate each others burrito order and store gave us grief about correcting the mistake

The employee Larry was super friendly and had the best customer service I've had in a very long time. I didn't really like my coffee so he replaced it without me asking and was very nice about it !

The Taco Bell closest to home has gone downhill. So I tried this one. I’ve gotten lunch from here the past three times in the span of a month. Every time I have come to this one I am greeted by the staff in a friendly and inviting manner. The food is always on point. I much rather make the drive to this one as it is so worth it!

3720 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton, OK 73505. I've never seen such a clean, friendly place. The restroom was very clean and to use it you didn't have to set on the floor, plenty of room, inside and out. Parking was very large and easy to get into the building. We had no waiting time. Thank you to all that work there.
