Margaritas are good but the food is not anything close to being authentic, the chips and salsa is pretty good but that is all.

We went to Ted's for our date night last Friday. The wait wasn't long. They were not really busy. We were seated got chips and salsa. After 15/20 minutes and trying to get a few ppl they did work there's attention. We finally left.No drinks,no waiter or waitrest ever showed up. We told the ppl up front and they weren't to concerned. So we left. I called the manager a few minutes later and he asked all the details and hung up before I finished. So we won't be having date night at Ted's anymore.

The service on March 29,2024 was awful had to wait 45 min for a table for 2 people and they had maybe 4 tables inside. We had to ask for refills on everything. The food was excellent but service was awful. Need Better staff. It’s definitely not like OKC ones

Visited Ted's for lunch, we were seated promptly. I understand that the lunch rush is busy, however, when several different servers make eye contact with you and still don't start with water, flatware, chips & salsa, or even menus. After 15 minutes of waiting and repeatedly being passed over, I got up and walked out! That was about 6 mos ago, and haven't been back!

I really enjoyed lunch here. Everyone was so nice and accommodating I had a burrito since it was my first time and my girl had the steak taco salad. Everything was good, but I just know ill be having steak fajitas next time! That steak was delicious and I don't even eat steak! ?
The bad news you can't get an IV of anything! lol The food is delicious and will hit the spot! The service is quick and always pleasant! Enjoy this place!!

I really wanted to love Ted's because of the service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. The entre portions were small and the main ingredient, shrimp or fish, was pretty sparse (8 pieces of small shrimp for 2 tacos), the Mexican rice was dry and the entire dish was extremely salty. One of the shining lights was the $4 Margarita, which was pretty good and huge for the price. However, the margarita was second to our awesome server, Anthony, who still managed to serve plates with a broken arm. The entire staff was great to include the managers. We were even surprised treated to complimentary sopapilla after the meal. We were offered complimentary homemade tortillas that came with the entre, but we declined. As I stated before, I really wanted to like the restaurant, but if I go back, it would be solely for the margaritas and the awesome staff.
