Went to eat, our food came out. A steak, was under cooked, so had to wait, I was eating a sweat potato when a very long hair was in it, I have very short hair, I talked to the manager and she took off charges for steak and my potato, even though she said she would comp whole meal. I asked her for hair back she said it was in trash, I asked her if they wore hair nets, and she said yes. The waitress was very sweet!!! The help was good, the atmosphere was fine, the manager and food huge disappointment, did an email complaint and phone complaint, the service manager Jay called me, I asked her what customer satisfaction meant to her, she couldn’t answer that, she basically talked in circles and did the manager bit, no offer of making it better or right… I was disappointed that customer satisfaction means nothing, it’s all about money, I am one in a thousands of customers, so my loss will not be felt or the other 30 people I told that won’t go back… no customer service… eat local and small no chains… lesson learned

Parking: Parking SUCKS here. It's in a strip mall type building that is shared between other restaurants, a trampoline park & other stores. Everyone is fighting for a place. Not too mention the spots are small.

Kid-friendliness: There isn't anything there that is kid centered. It's not a child's place. It's a family style establishment or a place where adults meet up after work. (Just my opinion) They might have a page for children to color or something, but that's it. Kids will probably get bored here if your kids are the type that needs constant entertainment. That's not what this place is. But chuck e. cheese is a few miles down the road of that's what you're looking for.

Wheelchair accessibility: Minimal. This place is crowded, probably not much of an area to wheel a chair in. Ppl with rolling walkers or standard walkers beware of the narrow pathways.

My husband and I came here to have dinner a couple nights ago, as we have Been here times before. This time was not a good experience for us. I normally don’t write reviews, but this has to be addressed. This was a special night for us, because he is out of town a lot for work.
When we got our meals, my potato was so covered inside and out with salt I had to spit it out. No big deal it happens, but then I cut into my steak and it was completely off! Then my husband cut into his and it was worse! My husband asked for medium and got rare! I had asked for well done and had gotten medium-rare. My husband is so sweet he just ate it and didn’t complain, but I can’t do the blood in my steak, so I asked for them to remake it. No big deal it happens as I made sure to tell them.
As my husband got closer to the bone his steak was so raw it made him have no choice but to say something and like I said he is sweet, so he was just letting this woman know to tell the chef that way he knows how bad it was and he emphasized that We weren’t asking for a discount or money back, just that the chef be aware.
He even expressed our gratitude and the fact things happen. This lady who apparently was the service manager named “Janice walker” was rude to my husband as he was speaking like he couldn’t have an opinion instead told him “well if you hadn’t eaten so much we could have fixed it, we all make mistakes.” This is true and he told her that, but she was arrogant, rude and no apology at all. The way she addressed my husband was just mean and not fit for this position. This made me very upset he did not deserve the way she spoke to him! This resulted in not even getting to eat my dinner there, but having to instead pack it up after waiting over an hour for my food to get right, just to take home and eat. We should not of been blamed for something, that yes happens, but as we are paying customers maybe we do need to be treated that way! I’m sorry, but You don’t treat customers like they are at fault! Because of this managers approach, we will not return to this location.

Went here to celebrate a birthday & have dinner with family. We waited over an hour and a half to be seated all at separate booths. The host was rude. The service was not good. Steak was dry. We didn't enjoy our visit.

Abysmal experience. Showed up on a Thursday night for dinner for two super excited to celebrate some good news. We walked in and the hostess (one of 3) told us it would be 5-15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised, we waited….and waited…and waited. Other 2 , 4, and 6 tops were sat before us. Parties that did not check in ahead on the app (we asked). As you can see from our timestamps in the texts, they lied. After receiving the text saying we were “next in line” I made my way up to the hostess stand and they told us it would “just be a minute”. We stood there, in front of the hostess stand continuing to get the same text over and over.

After 45 minutes we finally left and went to Chilis… they got us in immediately, it was cheaper overall, and as far as I remember, the food was better quality.

Will not be returning. Save yourself the hassle and wasted time. Go somewhere else.

We joined the waitlist and it said 30 to 40 minutes. After well over an hour, we asked when our table would be ready. They said that we were the next to be seated. We watched them seat two 6 tops and two 4 tops in front of us, a party of four. Before they finally did get to us. It was extremely crowded and extremely loud and frustrating to watch them stop serving and seating people to do line dancing while we stand and wait. The appetizer plates were dirty and had to be sent back. The rolls were cold and had to bring more. The drinks from the bar were not full. We talked to the manager, and she seemed very unconcerned and unapologetic. I ordered a sirloin medium rare and when it came out, it was a hamburger patty, well done. Also no apology. By the time, my food finally came out everyone else was done eating. For years and years, this was our favorite place to go here in Lawton. Never had a problem up until now.

Must have gotten a new waiter. She didn't listen well at all. Ordered a steak off of the early dine menu. I even pointed to it on the early dine menu. And ordered sweet tea with extra lemon. She brought unsweet tea. I very nicely told her that I ordered sweet tea when she tried to refill it. And she argued with me. Got my food. Food was great as always. When she brought the bill it was for a full price steak. Not the one on the early dine special. Again, she argued with me. She then got the manager to come to my table. I told the manager that I ordered the sirloin steak on the early dine menu and even pointed to it on the early dine menu. She argued with me too saying that they train their waiters to repeat the order back to the customer. I said yes, she did, just like I said the sirloin steak on the early dine menu. And she said literally said well sir, I don't believe you, but just this one time I'll make an adjustment on your check. She didn't give the full difference off. Only $2, should have been $5. Lol. What an idiot of a manager and a waiter. I'm 66 years old and eat out 1 to 2 times a day and have for many many years. Never have I had a waiter nor a manager argue wth me. My niece was with me she almost went off off on both of them. And there was a married couple sitting across from us who said they heard us order and I was right. They also had the same waiter and said they had a couple of problems with her not listening.
Next time I will walk the damn check !!!
