Too expensive and they ask for a tip on the back end. The wrap had the sauce on the backend and not spread out so the wrap was super dry. $25 for two wraps and a smoothie no chips.

Rude!! Slow!!!! I ordered the Caribbean Wrap with no cheese and extra black beans and the apple slaw side.. one half of the wrap seemed okay? No cheese, yet I know there wasn't extra black beans.. other half of the wrap was like a gunk of cheese in the corner like they were trying to fix the mistake of taking the cheese out!!!!! And for the side, they gave me a whole apple! Not the apple slaw!!! Irritated 😠😠😠😠

Ordered from inside the store just two sandwiches and two smoothies. Waited 15 min for the smoothies. Waited another 10 min for the food and went and asked. They said they mixed it up with a drive through order. Two of the employees seemed high as a kite and the one who wasn’t seemed to be struggling with the work load of dealing with two high employees not doing anything.

The food and smoothies are always great. The staff seems easily overwhelmed, sometimes it takes three times longer for no apparent reason.
Plastic wrapper was blended into my order. I had to pull plastic out of my mouth. People sue of over stuff like this.

Went to get a smoothie. Customer service is horrible. Instead of the lady telling me Ma'am I can't hear you, she just YELLED I CANT HEAR YOU. I repeated myself by asking about a smoothie that I would like, she sat there quite so I just ordered what I felt would be best for me. When I approached the window, the young man was super nice. She handed me the smoothie and shut the window. No thank you or anything. I Will not return to this location. I will continue going to the other side of town (Sheridan Rd) where I am treated like a human.
The kids running the drive-through do not care about customer service nor do they care about actually taking your order.

Got our order wrong at the drive through, double charged us and they said all they were “allowed” to do was remake the orders no refunds. The little girl working the drive through window needs to check her attitude and fix her mess ups.
