This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff is incredily rude and the food was bad. They asked us to pull forward and wait for 1 meal, 1 burger and a cup of chili. We waited almost 15min while 4 other vehicles got bags of food. When they finally brought ours out, everything was cold. The onions were rotten on the chili and the chili was room temperature. The staff all had bad attitudes and spent more time smoking in the parking lot than doing their jobs. I'll never go back.

The food was alright to be honest, we were the only ones in line and still got cold fries and a bag thrown together nuggets and fries dumped all in the bag. Other then that food was bad would try again.

I purchased a drive thru meal for my son in the amount of $12.85 on 8/4/2025. On 8/6/2025, my online bank statement shows two transactions were made at the same time at the same location but different transaction amounts. A transaction for "gifts and donations" of $11.30 wasn't approved by me. I called and the "manager" asked if anyone else had access to my card? My reply, your cashier did! The manager's only suggestion is to dispute the transaction with my bank. No apology nor indication of an internal investigation which only makes me believe this is common practice at this location and the manager is either the culprit or the ringleader. First and last time patronizing this establishment at this location.
