At this point it's ME, I'm insane!! Gasta be cause why keep giving money to Wendy's & they neva gets it right, NEVA! Walmart always outta stock & Long john Silver, did a remodel on everything but the grease traps! ๐

Overall the employees were very nice and ask for a name and called you by your name,(most just give you a number and never say hows your day). Food was just a little rushed.

went there to get dinner and first off, service is slow. one girl wasn't friendly and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. ended up getting my food and they almost forgot my drinks. after we got home I opened up my pecan chicken salad and NO chicken. like what the heck. ruined my appetite. get better workers please that actually care

I've tried to order the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich twice now from this Wendy's and both times they've gotten it completely wrong. I feel like if you have something on the menu the staff should know how to prepare it correctly. It literally tells you what's supposed to be on it on the drive through menu. Like, how do you mess that up? I will definitely not be ordering from there again. If I wanted a basic ass chicken sandwich I can get a much better one somewhere else.

Could be the location, but I can't help being honest. The store "looks" like it's well kept, yet the environment around gives to eere feelings. Like the light post in the parking lot. You can hear the power or something and doesn't sound good. Sorry. But decent enough.

I hate how every time I come here after I pay, I get told to pull forward and wait. I mean I get that the drive thru time is important, but when it's literally u and one other car there and both of y'all are pulled, that just shows that their being lazy and taking advantage of parking cars. There needs to be some new management in this place ASAP. As a manager at Wendy's in Norman, my employees would never be allowed to act like that.
