This place is going downhill. We live close by so it's convenient. I ordered a #1 with only mayo add cheese. A #2 no vegetables add cheese. I got a dry #1 no vegetables. The food is cold and fries are stale. For the last 3 years It's been going downhill.

I completed my order of a shake and a patty melt. I say done to wait for my order and after waiting about 5 minutes they duty manager said they were out of the mix for my shake which originally one wanted. So I said I will have a soft. Drink. They wanted to charge me for the drink and did not offer a refund. After waiting I received my patty melt and bit into the sandwich it was cold. Very poor experience. Ruined my desire to return to Whataburger.

I ordered from here as a delivery service and I ordered a patty melt and a Monterrey burger with medium fries I got my order tell me why he only puts only fries in the bag we call the water burger and he starts talking horrible towards us telling us to come here and fight?! Mind you I’m a woman he’s started to be rude i am so upset IM NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE ever again I hate this
