The lady at the window at this moment is very unwelcoming and kind of rude. I tried to hand my card to her and reached my arm out as far as I can because I can’t get close to the window like that and she could of easily helped but put the machine out the window and told me “that’s as far as I’m reaching” I kept saying thank you and she just ignored every word that came out my mouth. When I was at the order screen she rushed me and was annoyed.

I had a small issue and only left feedback and management reached out to me within the hour, apologized and invited me back for a free meal. I called to verify the meal and one of the employees asked who sent the email so i started to look and on shift management got on the phone. I let him know that i was offered a free meal and without hesitation, the young gentleman told me to come in and it was no problem. Very professional management working at this location and i would definitely recommend making this your store.

It's always hot or miss. Definitely get them to read your order back to you. That still won't guarantee it's correct, but you have a better chance. If you have time, I recommend checking any item you ordered with changes. Example: no mayo, add ketchup.

Very slow stuff they just hover around the front register it doesn't matter what time of the day it is and there really not good at ask people whether standing up front in front of the register because they're just standing right behind it but the manager was good he was the only one moving

If other food comes with mayo mustard or ketchup then I should be able to get mine with ranch without an extra charge especially with how much the food cost spent 36 bucks there and it will be my last time spending any money with yall
