Hello I ordered a junior hamburger meal I obviously don't want a bunch of food.
So there was just wasted food that I paid for.

I had a small issue and only left feedback and management reached out to me within the hour, apologized and invited me back for a free meal. I called to verify the meal and one of the employees asked who sent the email so i started to look and on shift management got on the phone. I let him know that i was offered a free meal and without hesitation, the young gentleman told me to come in and it was no problem. It's always hot or miss. Definitely get them to read your order back to you. That still won't guarantee it's correct, but you have a better chance. If you have time, I recommend checking any item you ordered with changes. Example: no mayo, add ketchup.
