Not one to review but being in the industry we had alot of patience but the necessary multiple conversations because of mess ups and use of old food, plus a hour of waiting for 2 orders, I gotta say there is a lack of care, but a lack of structure from management. I watched them count down a drawer mid shift, coin by coin while the other 2 employees did their best to get things right. Place needs some TLC. Not always like this.

Mr. Matthew is very nice and respect me because I am Deaf. He made sure it went smoothly. I went to get drink in and tasted Coke that was like weird. I asked him about it. He went to check on soda machine and changed the new one. But it still tasted weird. He understood that and got drink fixed back for me. He gave me the right Coke that I tested to taste was good taste I gave him thumb up. He is good at solving the problem.

I understand they are busy but when I sit there waiting for an online order for 10 min while all the employees see me and no one comes up to ask if I have an order is crazy. Then one of them made a remark under his breath about people walking up and asking about their food. I've never seen staff mad. Like I said before I understand you're busy but I didn't tell you to fill out the application, so don't take it out on me.
