This may seem petty to a lot of people, so take the review with a grain of salt. I requested that my order was ALL FLATS. My receipt says ALL FLATS. I have called the store to make sure that my order was correct, because if it could not be made how I asked, I would have understood and simply canceled the order. I have been assured that my order would be correct. It's not. If an order cannot be done to a customer's preference, then the customer should be contacted so that they can make the decision to either go through with it or not. The food is good. That is not the problem. But, when a specific request is made, and I have been assured by store after calling that it will be made according to order, then I expect to receive what I aksed for.

I use to get wing stop all of the time . It’s been a while I decided to order today at work. It was very disappointing wings was very dry and super hard . The ones I got with flavor hardly had any. The fries were the only thing good in my order. Will not waste my money again.

Food was bland for the wings, got mild and couldn't even taste it was only able to taste the deep fried chicken. Got the Cajun fries and they were spicy that it tastes like they put waaaayy too much seasoning, and on top and that was missing half of my order. After that I tried to reorder food, was placed on hold for about a half a hour to a hour.
Missing a fry and a 20 piece of boneless wings.
Did receive my 20 bone in and 1 fry

So, I came in and ordered 12 bone-in wings which cost me $17.39…I then saw that if I got a 10 wing combo which includes fries /drink then the total before tax would be $15.39…I asked the female manager to void my order and replace it with the combo…I even suggested to just give me the 12 piece combo since it was close in price—she refused to do the void claiming that the 10 piece combo costed more…I looked it up at the tax being 4.5% here in Lawton puts my total of the 10 piece at less than the $17.39 (cost of original order)…Math doesn’t lie and I think she should be more worried about pleasing the customer —there are LOTS of places to get wings here in Lawton, OK—-may choose somewhere else next time…cuz the customer is supposed to always be right—or at least be open to show the different price options and let the customer decide…

So, the staff doesn’t let you order, they pepper you with questions … I am on 24 mins waiting for my order … either way, this place is disappointing… almost 30 mins now!
