Meat was okay, next to no flavor. Super busy, took forever the 1st time. They got my order wrong. I took it back and they did nothing with it till I had to go back and explain it to someone else. Not sure if I will get my order or not. Will not EVER come back to wingstop. This location has ruined it for all locations in my opinion. Over an hour and a half for my correct order. I would give them negative stars if I could. Lots of missed off people in here..

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Service at Wingstop – 2110 Cache Rd, Lawton, OK
I came into the Wingstop at 2110 Cache Rd, Lawton, OK just to pick up an online order — nothing complicated. I stood directly in front of the counter for five full minutes, and the employee working the front (a purple-haired, tattooed-up girl) completely ignored me. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” not even eye contact.
Then someone else walked in after me, and she immediately helped them like I wasn’t even standing there. I wasn’t trying to place a new order — just pick up food I’d already paid for. Instead, I got skipped and disrespected.
If your staff can’t manage the basics of customer service, that’s a huge problem. I won’t be returning to this location.

When someone comes in a CHICKEN JOINT asking for flats only, don't tell them you don't have them. When a customer is standing in line ordering, matter fact when a customer is standing anywhere don't SWEEP around them and have the broom up on the customers feet. Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had there.. smh.

This may seem petty to a lot of people, so take the review with a grain of salt. I requested that my order was ALL FLATS. My receipt says ALL FLATS. I have called the store to make sure that my order was correct, because if it could not be made how I asked, I would have understood and simply canceled the order. I have been assured that my order would be correct. It's not. If an order cannot be done to a customer's preference, then the customer should be contacted so that they can make the decision to either go through with it or not. The food is good. That is not the problem. But, when a specific request is made, and I have been assured by store after calling that it will be made according to order, then I expect to receive what I aksed for.

I use to get wing stop all of the time . It’s been a while I decided to order today at work. It was very disappointing wings was very dry and super hard . The ones I got with flavor hardly had any. The fries were the only thing good in my order. Will not waste my money again.
