The food was good once we finally got it. But they were a little slow. They had 3 cars in the parking lot and it took a bit. We even called it in but it still took about 10 minutes after we got there before we got it.

This Sonic is the only fast food in the Lexington. If it wasn't here I would have to drive to Purcell for a burger and fries. The food comes quick and the service is good. Also the milkshakes are excellent.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service is crap and the manager Carely needs to be fired. She's rude as all get out to customers and the way she treats teenagers is wrong on many levels. She is the biggest problem at this location. They also need to train the new hires more when taking orders because 90% of the time they get it wrong. It's to the point I now only go to the Purcell location, at least they are nice and get orders right.

NO cheese with my pretzel and instead of a frito chilli pie wrap i got a chilli wrap (ONLY CHILLI) . Also no cherry in the cherry limeade just like limeade. they need to learn how to do there job.

Great service. Informed of allergy when special ordering my food the young lady who was manager on duty took my order then came out to my car to let me know she took the liberty of checking ingredients in the sauces on my food and they do not contain any of my allergens. To go above and beyond to ensure I was safe was fantastic.
