They're always busy and seem to be short staffed. I ordered a pickup through door dash and my food wasn't ready until 9:05 when it should have been ready at 8:15 and even then my entire order was wrong so I waited another 15 minutes for them to redo it just to get home and realize they forgot my bacon which I went back for and they tried giving me 1 side of bacon instead of 3 like I paid for. The young lady at the counter never even acknowledged me the 3rd time I had to go back...read full review
